“Phase 4” COVID 19 Mitigation Plan
Staff will follow all the same precautions for online order fulfilment as they do in our retail shop. All products returned to us during the COVID-19 Pandemic will be "quarantined" for 3 or more days in an effort to create a safer experience for our employees and customers. This will NOT EFFECT OR DELAY your refund, or exchange.

Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (Fever, cough, shortness of breath) may NOT enter the premises.
Social Distancing: Maintaining a distance of 6 feet from people outside your household is strongly recommended!
Face Masks Are Required: Employees are required to wear face coverings while guests are in the shop. Customers must wear mask in the shop in accordance with Juneau's mask mandate.
Hygiene: Customers must either use the hand sanitizer provided at entrance, or head straight to the sink to wash hands, before shopping.
Employees must frequently wash hands.
Cleaning: Touch-point (Tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.) sanitizing will occur hourly & between customers.
EOD cleaning per CDC recommendations.
Dressing Room: The dressing room will not be available for trying tees on. If a tee is worn or returned, we will quarantine the item separate from our inventory for a 3-day period for natural deactivation of the virus.
Payment: No Cash Transactions. Credit only (No signature required).
Our card reader is contactless enabled for apple pay, tap enabled credit cards, etc.
No employee displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will provide services to customers. Symptomatic or ill employees may not report to work.
No person may work within 72 hours of exhibiting a fever.
