Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
It is important to us that you love your purchase from Treetop Tees!
However, if an item you purchased isn’t just right, we’re happy to accept returns. We will gladly refund or exchange any item in original condition, with tags, within 30 days of its delivery date.
How to return an item:
Send us an email at info@treetoptees.com with your order number and description of the item(s) you wish to return. Please specify whether you would like a refund or if you would like to exchange for another in-stock item.
We will provide shipping information for you to return the merchandise to our location. *We cannot refund shipping costs.
Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund, or ship your requested merchandise for exchange.
If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for any additional cost above the amount paid for the original item. If the price of the new item is less than the original amount paid, you will be refunded the difference.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, your returned merchandise must be in original condition, with tags, and must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Refunds normally appear on your statement 2 business days after the refund is initiated.
